Deposits
• Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of an advance deposit of 50% of you estimated bill. Deposits must be received within 7 days in order to hold your reservation.
• If you arrive after the first day or leave before the last day of your reservation you will still be responsible of the entire package price of your stay.
Cancellations
• If reservations are cancelled: |
1. more than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit will be refunded.
2. less than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit will be returned only if we are able to rent to others.
