Our Restaurant

The Darby Field Inn features a full service restaurant for the dining pleasure of our guests. At Dinner, we have seatings every 15 minutes from 6 to 8 or 9 p.m., depending on the season. Below are a few samplings from our daily changing menu.



Appetizers
Smoked Rainbow Trout - Served with a maple mustard horseradish sauce.
Crostini - Bread slices topped with garlic butter and the toppings of the night and baked until golden brown
Baked Stuffed Mushroom Caps - With aged Romano cheese, sage, sausage and bread crumbs.
The "Inn Soup" - Always fresh, carefully seasoned and prepared from homemade stocks.

Dinners
All dinners include relishes, dinner rolls, leaf lettuce salad, choice of potato or pilaf and two fresh vegetables.
NY Sirloin - Grilled to order and served natural or with a different sauce nightly.
Roast Wisconsin Duckling - French boned and roasted crisp; served with a selection of glazes.
Fish of the Day - A fresh seafood selection skillfully prepared nightly.
Rack of Lamb - New Zealand rack of lamb seasoned with dijon mustard, herbs and breadcrumbs; roasted and served with a velvety Burgundy wine sauce.
White Mountain Chicken - Boneless breast of chicken baked with an apple, cheddar cheese and bread stuffing; served with a pure maple and brandy glaze.
Jamaican Jerk Pork - Pork tenderloin dipped in Caribbean spices and grilled; served with mango chutney.
Vegetable Aglio y Olio - Sliced artichoke hearts, mushrooms, scallions, black olives and sundried tomatoes sauteéd and tossed with linguine in a white wine garlic sauce.

Specialty After Dinner Drink
The Irish Revolution - A unique blend of O'Darby's Irish Cream, Irish Mist, Jameson's Irish Whiskey and ice cream. An interesting alternative to the molotov cocktail.

Desserts
All of our desserts are prepared in the Inn's kitchen.
Creme Celeste - An eggless sour cream custard with a hint of orange Cointreau; served with a raspberry pureé.
Natural Vanilla and Flavored Ice Cream
French Apple Pie - Lovingly baked with fresh apples & topped with a brown sugar crumb topping.
Chocolate Paté - A moist flourless chocolate cake sliced and served warm with a white chocolate sauce.
