For more than 150 years, guests have been coming to the Darby Field Inn to relax and enjoy fresh air, mountain views, clean water, and delicious home cooked meals.
Inn guests are welcome to make themselves comfortable in our roomy living room in a wing back chair by our wood-burning fieldstone fireplace, couch or cozy chair and enjoy the spectacular views of the Presidential mountains, read your favorite book or select one from our library, play a board game, or watch TV. Beyond the living room is our sunroom tavern. Littlefield's Tavern with its own wood stove, overlooks our award-winning gardens and is the perfect place to play a game of cribbage, enjoy your favorite beverage and have a light bite to eat.
In the warmer months, our guests can enjoy our gardens, pool, and patio area. Sway in a hammock, or settle into the adirondack chairs in the garden. The park-like surroundings of our outdoor heated swimming pool offers both seating in the sun or the shade and is popular even if you don't want to swim. For the best views, select a table on the patio or step up to the two chairs for the one of the best views we offer.
There's always something to do at the Darby Field Inn!
