Valentine's Day Dinner Menu - 2016

Fall in LOVE with the DARBY FIELD VALENTINE menu!

5-course meal includes appetizer, soup, salad, entree, and dessert with hot beverages. 

Cost is $110 per couple, seating from 5:30 - 8:30 pm

Call for reservations ... this special 2016 dinner menu will be offered Sunday, February 14th ONLY!

 Appetizers

Lobster Chowder -  Served with crackers

Shrimp Cocktail – Extra-large shrimp served with our own spicy sauce

Vegetarian Mushroom Caps – Baked with our cheddar walnut stuffing

Baked Brie en Croute - Brie baked in puff pastry served with raspberry drizzle and sugared pecans.
 

Salad

Served with sliced baguette and butter

Traditional Winter Salad – Mixed greens, dried cranberries, and homemade Parmesan croutons, tossed in our strawberry champagne vinaigrette

 

Entrees

Served with seasonal vegetables

Roast Tenderloin of Beef – Cooked to your liking and finished with a Cabernet demi-glace;
served with whipped potato.

Wisconsin Duckling - French boned and roasted to perfect crispness; accompanied by a
Raspberry Chambord sauce and rice pilaf

Roasted Lamb Persillade – Rack of lamb lightly seasoned with fresh parsley and garlic; served atop a
light lemon sauce with whipped potato.

Salmon and Leeks – wrapped in phyllo dough and baked until golden brown; served with
creamy cheddar/ale sauce and rice pilaf

Chicken Valentino – Boneless breast sautéed with artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives and
roasted red peppers; finished with a Marsala wine sauce and served over angel hair pasta.
